We stayed at this hotel for a wedding, two wedding going on at the same time, so hotel was very busy. We really found the staff to be excellant, they were really helpful with instruction regarding our direction to the wedding. My husband really like that he did not have to go outside to get to the mall. I liked that it was wheelchair accessible. Our room was on the second floor but it was really nice. My family was in the rooms next door and they will nice too. Hotel was clean, quiet, we were surprise it was quiet with two wedding going on. I went down for breakfast and found it very good, good service, and nice staff. Would stay here again.

Room Tip: Rooms above the front desk on the second floor very quiet and nice room

I couldn't sleep at night due to the next room having the tv on. At 2am I called next door to ask them to turn down the tv, they we're surprise that I heard it as they said it wasn't turned up loud. The next morning I could hear them using the wash room which I thought was gross. Except for the paper thin walls the room was ok.

We stayed at the Days Inn because it's next to the mall in Stephenville. Conveniently it has a restaurant attached. The rooms are average but a bit pricey considering what you get. Surprisingly they have a new flat screen TV but the picture sucked! We had a king room which is a good size and included a couch, 2 chairs, fridge and microwave. All the furnishings seemed a bit tired and dated but overall were comfortable.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable, but the front desk was not very helpful. Despite the fact that I requested a room well away from the bar where entertainment was taking place I was told rather abruptly that noise would not be a problem. Well, it was. In addition, though this motel does take pets (thanks for that) not much thought seemed to go into the room assignment on that account as well. It was inconveniently located, at least with a cat in tow, which necessitates several trips to unload. Maybe with a dog it would have been ok, but not with a cat who had to be carried. Finally signage to the motel in town is inadequate. The one small sign still had Holiday Inn on it (not the new name). An additional problem, that to be fair is not within the power of the motel itself, but is nonetheless an issue, is the turnoff sign to Stephenville itself, once you have left the TCH. In the dark at night it is very easy to miss.
