My husband and I ordered two separate dishes of pad thai that he later went and picked up from the restaurant. When he got home I was surprised to see my order had "xxx spicy" written on it but didn't think anything of it seeing as I did not order it extra spicy. After my first bite my mouth was blistering with heat and I can handle some heat! We promptly called the restaurant and explained our dilemma. The woman we spoke to on the phone told us "that was what we ordered" and that there was nothing she could do about it. We explained again that we did not order it extra spicy and she again insisted that was not her fault. Our order never got fixed and we were told they apparently have a no refund no exchange policy. As a result of terrible customer service, we will never order from this establishment again.

This is not your usual Chinese Restaurant. They serve Thai, Vietnamese and Chinese food, but their specialty is Thai food. Also you should try the Vietnamese coffee. This restaurant is clean and bright with relaxing background music. The owner will even come out and show how to use chopsticks if asked. Pad Thai is the specialty and you won't be disappointed.

Well....when we were there in July with friends, it was definitely a 'hit'. This time, it was most definitely a 'miss'.

We called in a take out order and were told it would take 15-20 minutes. We were there in 10 minutes and the order was already bagged and ready to go.

When we opened the order, we were all disappointed with the food. The rice was overcooked and dry. The mixed vegetables were still almost totally raw and hard to chew. The chicken balls were overcooked and instead of a full styrofoam cup of sweet and sour sauce, they provided a small 1/2 cup of sauce, not even enough to cover the top of the order of chicken balls. None of us finished our meals and we all agreed it will be a long time before we even considering returning. This lovely dinner for 3....which none of us enjoyed...cost $33.

Save your money....go to McDonalds, or if you are in the mood for Chinese food, go to the grocery store and buy the frozen entrees. They taste better than what we had.

We really enjoy this restaurant since it's been under new ownership. It sits in the heart of Kingston and you can park in the drug store parking lot or across the street. It is very bright and cheery now, and has lovely new Corelle dishes and pleasant staff.....Our favorite dish is the Pad Thai, and you can get it soft (mild) , medium or spicy......Also Chinese dishes are available to go along with the Thai food and Vietnamese as well....A great spot to try if you're headed by Kingston.........

Local food, home cooked and lots of it. Wonderful service and friendly place where they make you feel like they have known you all your life.
Limited menu and not everyone is on a salt-free diet.
