This unique restaurant, which began as a butcher shop, still has fresh meat and fish along with fresh bread, etc. The take-out meals are terrific as well. If you expect to go for dinner, don't as it's only open for breakfast and lunch. If you go at high noon, you may have to take a seat and wait for a table to open as the restaurant is at its busiest. Try it and you'll agree that it is excellent. Nothing fancy but friendly and very prompt service (try a soup of the day or the Rueben Sandwich if you are really hungry ... the fries are the best too).
