When we lived in Cobourg we were regular customers, trying everyone of the breads that came out of this oven. Happy to see something so far removed from the sliced white bread found everywhere else. Now we have moved away we go to Millstone on every return visit. We discovered in July the bread is just as amazing as ever. Try the Red Fife or any of the selection. For us it was so hard to leave we put a large loaf of the best ever olive bread in the suitcase to fly home. If airlines weren't so picky about weight we would have filled one suitcase with only Millstone bread.
