“Quickly becoming a mandatory stop whenever in Collingwood”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 11, 2014

This is my third time stopping at Duncan's..... My wife and I got off the hill at Blue and decided to stop for lunch before heading North. I had the 3 Cheese grilled cheese and a side of Potato/Leek/Stilton cheese soup. First of all the grill cheese sandwich was deliscious, and the fact that it was on sourdough made it perfect. My soup was perfect as well, with just enouogh of the cheesy funk that i love... My wife had the shaved beef sandwich served on a fresh roll kind of bread with a side of the mulligatawny soup. Both of those were deliscious as well. I know because I also sampled both of her items. Service was prompt and professional, and thepricing was very reasonable. I would definitley recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a lunch while in the area. Like I said in the title I will now be stopping here whenever I am anywhere close to Collingwood

Great menu with lots to choose from. I had blackened chicken wrap with roast potatoes. Delicious! Friendly service and a nice atmosphere.

“Super Soup!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 9, 2013

These folks have mastered the art of soup! My personal favourite is the regularly available Potato Leek with Stilton. The Mulligatawny is also an excellent preparation if you favour that particular concoction. On our most recent visit both of us ordered pasta dishes, one with salmon and the other with chicken. Both dishes offered different flavour profiles but the proteins were slightly overcooked. When we visit Collingwood, winter or summer, Duncan's is always one of our stops.

“Great place for lunch”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 13, 2013

Fabulous place for lunch!! Went with my husband and a friend on a lovely fall day. Sat outside and we all enjoyed what we ordered. I had the portebello mushroom wrap and I have had it before and did not disappoint.
