My wife and I visited Stuffed Peasant for the 1st time, on a visit to Blue Mountains and Collingwood and as part of this we booked into for an evening at The Stuffed Peasant and we were so pleased that we did. The restaurant itself is not huge but has a really nice feel to it, the service from start to finish was excellent. As part of meal we had the Calamari and Mushroom Pate to start with, both were excellent, especially the calamari which was so tender and tasty! For the mains I had the steak, which was perfectly cooked and make sure you try the raspberry sauce with it (sounds odd but is fantastic). My wife had the mussels as a main which were also good, although if we were picky maybe slightly lacking flavour wise compared to the rest of the meal, however good quality mussels. The 2 deserts we had were also very good.
The wine and drinks we had were also very good and reasonably priced, and glasses were topped up at a regular basis
Overall a really good restaurant, fantastic staff and even the owner/chef came round to check everything was Ok which was nice to see.
Would recommend to anyone and definitely will go back if in the area.
