Description: The Huron Club embodies what Collingwood is all about. It's a family business that has that family touch. Every diner's experience is personal. The staff are engaging and friendly, the food is fabulous, and the prices are superb for what you get. Not to mention the local live music (available 5 days a week, Wed-Saturday nights, as well as over Sunday brunch), creating that comfy-cool atmosphere. It's casual, but yet, you'd be right at home for a special occasion like a birthday dinner or anniversary, and definitely suitable for a business lunch or dinner. They also have a beautiful events gallery upstairs for functions of any kind (complete with multimedia equipment for presentations). Their patio is a summer highlight and the building itself has such an interesting history and feel to it (as one of Collingwood's beautiful heritage buildings). Overall, a wonderful place to go for any occasion, big or small.

Used to be very good but was very disappointed with our recent visit. The food was mediocre and very overpriced. They were definitely understaffed. Will not go again there is better fare all around.

“Awesome food”
Reviewed August 19, 2013

We went on a Monday evening and they had $5 drinks and $7 appetizers. We tried the calamari which was cooked perfectly, not rubbery; the caesar salad was the best I've tasted. The perogies were delicious and the mussels were half price and tasty. There were a variety of items on the menu but we weren't super hungry. . . Presentation was nice and the waitress was sweet.
Would definitely come again when we are in Collingwood!

Unexpected perfect wining and dining experience!
Friendly staff - I called late to see if they were open and if their kitchen was serving and they were more than happy and told us 'you must come on down!'

“Great Food and Service, a little pricey”
Reviewed July 23, 2013

Visited this restaurant while staying at Blue Mountain's Intrawest resort, near Collingwood, Ontario. The exterior is very nice and the décor well laid out. Cozy tables inside and they also have outside dining. Prices are definitely a little high, and once you see portion size it stings a little more. Ex: a mac and cheese plate dinner with added chicken was $21 and the size was average at best. A bright spot was the sweet tea, it was excellent! We did not expect to get such good tasting tea in Canada, could have passed for Southern made iced tea. Our waitress was excellent, very friendly and helpful with local info knowledge. This is a nice restaurant, good service, very good food, just prepare for an invoice shock, albeit a very good dinner.

“Great food and comfortable 30+atmosphere”
Reviewed July 12, 2013

We have dined here numerous times as a couple and solo. The casual atmosphere, great wine list and live music makes it enjoyable even when dining alone. Even when it's busy you can usually find a seat at the bar and have a good meal and a pleasant evening. Not inexpensive however good value for dollar.
