View of the Muskoka property was lovely from the dining room. Service was very attentive. The breakfast buffet had good variety of fresh fruit, pastries, and standard eggs, bacon, sausage. The eggs benedict was a tasty surprise. We ate a 9 a.m. on Saturday and it wasn't crowded - quite pleasant. Sunday brunch started at 10 a.m. - we arrived at 10 a.m. and were seated right away. Everything looked - and tasted - GREAT!!! The salad table (I loved the sweet potato with pecan salad), fish station (shrimp not jumbo but still delicious as was the crap salad) desserts (loved the chocolate bread pudding) enjoyable. I didn't order a made-to-order omlette as there was so much to choose from; no one should walk away hungry. We were greeted right away by Christine, who immediately offered fresh squeezed orange juice. So delicious, I had 2 glasses and skipped the coffee! We all ordered the 3-course menu ($36.95, plus beverage) both evenings because there were 4 entrees to choose from; soup was so good I ordered it the second evening. Service attentive both Friday and Saturday although Saturday took a little longer to be served because nearly every table was filled. Chilean merlot was very good, good value.
