We stayed in the Secord suite, which was a comfy, warm ground floor suite with a jacuzzi (and shower stall). The room was perfect and the staff were helpful and friendly.

We also ate at the Resaurant on the Twenty - which was possibly one of the best meals I have had in a long time, and certainly one of the finest bottles of wine (La Penna, from Cave Spring next door).

Room tip: Outside the Secord suite (and a couple of other suites) is a small meeting area and loud guests in that area really carry into the room.

Spent the night here with my wife as a small getaway as we are from the Niagara area but had never spent the night at Inn on the Twenty. Or in Jordan Village for that matter! Everything was exceptional, especially the staff. They made sure that all of our needs were taken care of and were genuinely friendly. I also can't rave enough about the food in the restaurant. It was incredible. At night we walked down the street to the Jordan House for a drink and some live entertainment and we had a blast. The rooms were updated and well-furnished and had all of the amenities that we needed. Will definitely be coming back as a bit of a getaway in the near future.

We had a lovely stay at In on the Twenty. We participated in Wrapped Up in the Valley, then had an exceptional meal at the Inn's restaurant followed by breakfast in the morning. Staff were very competent and welcoming both at the Inn and the Restaurant.

I unfortunately am giving the Inn a 3.5 rating because of the poor quality bedding and pillows. We stayed in the Secord Suite - great size, fireplace, and Jacuzzi tub. Wonderful fluffy towels. However, when we wen to be we discovered very uncomfortable and old pillows and scratchy, not fine quality sheets. Very unexpected. We stay in the area a lot and the bedding at the Hilton is far better. For the price; it was very disappointing, as the sheets and pillows are a really important part of our sleep.

I do however want to stress the Staff were really exceptional and consistent.

Room tip: I have never had a bad room.

Overall, this is a lovely place to stay, probably the best in the Jordan area. However, it is also very expensive and therefore one expects excellence. Staff are wonderful and the facility and setting are beautiful but it is starting to show some age. The window in our room could not open, even though we saw other rooms with windows open. That would have been nice because the temperature control was always too warm and the room was stuffy. When we asked about it we were told that yes the room had an old window. The bathroom needed an upgrade. For that price we expected better than an unlit plastic shower stall. The included breakfast was good but they did not have soy milk for a non dairy alternative, and some of us are allergic to nuts so almond milk wasn't an option for my coffee.
I am not usually this picky but, considering the price, we expected the best and it fell a bit short.

Room tip: Some rooms open to a garden area.

Overall,it was an enjoyable experience. Friendly staff and everything across the street was fun. Wine tasting at Cave Springs was quite a treat!. Lots of little shops and boutiques near by. Dinning at the Tavern is just 5 min walk. Good food. Breakfast at the Inn was fine . I would recommend a night stay as a special anniversary treat!

Room tip: Higher floors are less noisy.
