“A park filled with flowers and waterfalls”

We enjoyed this huge park, First we walked where the river was flowing. We saw lots of kids and parents having fun with the splash pad and the many playground activities.
I enjoyed the many flowers I saw and the many bridges as well.

The ice-cream truck came in the park, and lots of kids went there to have ice-cream.

Once we went to the other side of the road, we met Queen Victoria in person. She didn’t move at all. In fact, it was a statue, dedicated to this park.

Here we found even more flowers. They were truly beautiful. There were a couple of waterfalls as well and a monument wit the time in all 4 sides.

We had fun when we found a treasure chest, but no one could lift it up. It was made of concrete. We found a suitcase like that as well, also in concrete, and a guitar case, also in concrete. That was fun!

We had a great time here. In fact, at the end, we ate our dinner on a picnic table.

This is a must to see. It is so beautiful!

Please if you come here, make sure you leave this park the same way you 'found' it. Don't litter or poison ducks/geese and swan with people food! This park is a jewel in the heart of Downtown Kitchener and I absolutely love going for strolls here.
Kids play park and splash pad are so much fun for the kids (and even adults!). However, if you're a teen coming to play in the park, please be mindful of little children!!

I love just spent hours here. It's where things happen in the town... have a playground where on the summer weekends is always crowded with children.

Just a beautiful park to go and walk through or spend the day with a friend. Beware of the geese though. They can sometimes be cranky

This park is a fairly popular (i.e. hard to find parking) place for walking with water, paths and bridges. Lots and lots of geese and ducks with swans and the occasional bunny wandering around. It's sectioned off by a roadway. It has been the venue for the multicultural festival and ribfest. Looks like the pokemon players have cleared out some of the shadier going-ons that the park was known for??...
