Everything was basically fine - very clean. The room had a mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker, although it was more convenient to just grab a free coffee from the lounge area. My wife enjoyed the hot tub. We saved about twenty bucks by booking on the hotel's web site ($107 for a single King). With the free breakfast (waffles, eggs, sausages, cereals, etc.), it was very reasonable. The room felt a bit small, but I couldn't figure out whether it was just the way the furniture was arranged, or possibly that the ceilings are a bit low. King Street gets interrupted by some freeway, which caused us to get lost at one point, but that's not the hotel's fault.

Room Tip: Some rooms have patio doors to the parking lot.

We spent one night at this location for the Johnny Ried concert. (which was very good)
Bed was very comfy, room was a bit on the small size, ok for one night.
Hot tub was not that great, it was a back yard hot tub. (not a good one)
Breakfast was fine nothing fancy just your standard all inclusive breakfast.

All in all good for the price.

Easy to find. Very smart and clean. Quiet. Efficient staff. Good location near supermarket, Mall, bars, restaurants. Park your car in front of you room's patio doors, very convenient. New matress, very comfortable. Very good breakfast, choice of cooked or continental. The most pleasing hotel stay in a 15 night tour. Not pretentious or glamorous, they are just very good at what they do.

Room Tip: Difficult to beat in its class. Ask for a ground floor room with parking at the patio door.

I stayed at this hotel for one night in April. The purpose of our stay was to attend a hockey tournament in nearby Waterloo. I chose this hotel for price, the fact that it had been newly renovated and that there was a full breakfast included. Check in was a breeze. Our room was spotless and had the added bonus of an in-room refridgerator and microwave. My son commentated that he had the best sleep ever. For $107/night, full breakfast, clean ... I'm not sure what more someone could want. I have paid much more for much less. The best value in Kitchener!

This is a great hotel. Very comfortable queen sized beds. We were on the main floor, so we could park right outside the door. Microwave and fridge. Lots of channels on the TV. New heating/cooling system. Excellent breakfast in the morning and very reasonable price. No pool, but then, that means no hockey teams, right? Really nice hot tub in the fitness centre. Excellent value for the money.

Stayed here one night got in late and left early so didn't experience much of the hotel but the bed was amazing. I wish I could have taken it home. The room was clean, the girl at the desk was polite and the parking was free. No complaints!
