Daybreak is located in a strip-mall, right on the corner of Leslie & Davis. There is lots of parking.
It's an all-day breakfast place with a lunch menu as well. Pretty much all of the items are less than $10. The menu is what you'd expect from this type of place: Eggs, bacon, pancakes, waffles, etc. plus sandwiches and lunch-type grub.
I've been here many times and the service has always been fast and friendly, which explains why it is usually busy; especially late-mornings on the weekend. Don't be surprised if you have to wait for a table. The atmosphere is nothing special, but given the prices, that's not expected. It's clean and the chairs are new and comfy.
On the down-side, they certainly do pack people in when it's busy, and you're practically bumping elbows with people at your neighboring tables. Also, there isn't a proper entrance to speak of, so on cold days when the front door opens, the cold air rushes in and freezes everyone near the front.
However, the portions are a good size and very tasty. 2 people can dine (with free coffee refills) for around $25. If you're looking for a good, fast, greasy-spoon style breakfast in Newmarket: This place checks all the boxes.
