Many steakhouses claim to be excellent for a long period of time. This one has delivered consistently for more than 3 decades. I should know, I've been going there with my family for two decades, as I did last week. The 8oz filet mignon is spectacular, ceasar salad (for two) is prepared tableside with minimal fanfare but maximal delciousness. Even the little starter plates of pickles, peppers and olives, accompanied by fresh garlic bread tickles the mouth in a "comfort food" way. A fabulous wine list complements the entire evening in a restaurant in an 8sided building. Whether for celebrating (as we were) or a private meal with friends and colleagues, you will never be disappointed. Ever. Even if you venture to their ribs, fish or lobster. 3 of us with wine was $270 but worth every penny.
