“Great value in a mid-size location”
Reviewed September 2, 2013

Although it looks small, they probably have enough seating for 40 to 50 people. I would agree with some that the "presentation" may not always be up to a "North American" standard but the quality of food will keep you coming back. The schnitzel, the goulash and the large/generous portions will impress you. Yes, the music could be different, but then in its own way it helps to make the experience even more authentic. This was our second time and we hope to (eventually) make it when the dobos torta is available for dessert. For those keeping score, we were offered bread without asking for it.

“Nice Hungarian restaurant”
Reviewed August 13, 2013

We went to this restaurant for the 1st time to celebrate my dad's 90th birthday anniversary. We were a group of about 25 and had reserved the private room. A great time was had by all. The food was fresh, large tasty portions and the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that we were all taken care of. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants to try some tasty Hungarian dishes at reasonable prices. We tried many of their dishes and found them all to be delicious. The goulash soup was great and then my favorite, chicken schnitzel and veal schnitzel, which I highly recommend. The inside of this restaurant is not too fancy but let me tell you, it makes up for it in the food portion, taste and also friendly family service that you receive. The evening flew by and as it turned out we were the last ones at the end of the evening, but we were never rushed, instead encouraged to take our time and enjoy. Special thanks to chef Frank, Joe and Tibor..

“Hungarian Rhapsody worst restaurant ever!”
Reviewed February 16, 2013

went there for supper, it took 45 minutes to prepare the food that was passed by glasses of water. no bread and butter was on the table for this long waiting. My meal was chef's special that was a juicy meal but no bread or spoon was provided and waiter was not available, when showed up and I asked for bread said "it is not our responsibility to provide bread, we give you bread if we want to but we have not to!", and asked about my originality! such bad attitude to serve the customer! chef's special was fried potatoes with tomatoes and some small pieces of rancid chicken! every body was complaining of their bad poor quality meal! If you want to go there to listen their loud, badly selected music, go there, otherwise if you want to have a good meal with no headache and insult, avoid this place because they do not have good meals at all.
