If you know bistro food and like it - you will find it here.
Your hosts - Bernard and Manon - the chef and maitre d'/waitress respectively make every visit a pleasure. As a bonus, I get to practice my French., Not to worry, their English is also excellent.
A nice place for lunch and also for a romantic dinner.
I must confess that I always order the Pate Maison which is a terrine made with pork and spices. It is a country version, of course, and when eaten with french bread, a good salad and a small carafe of wine - an excellent lunch!
For dinner they serve the usual bistro fare of steak au poivre, salmon, a pasta and something from the sea, such as mussels.
Last but not least, a seat by the window lets you watch the people and the traffic go by on Brock Street.
