“Good food, Good atmosphere”
Reviewed April 29, 2013

The few times I have been to Rouge I noticed that the menu doesn't offer that much choice compared to a fast food Asian place found in any of the shopping mall food courts. The presentation, however, is really well thought of. The price is fair, as the place is nicer than a shopping mall, and the portions are ok.

“Dan Dan noodles”
Reviewed April 28, 2013

I love this restaurant. It is situated an DIX 30 in brossard in the same building of the Alt hotel and the Étoile Theater so there is a lot of people before and after shows. The food is delicious I am vegan and the dan dan noodles can be prepared with tofu as wells as chicken for the meat eaters.

“I've had better. Over Priced .”
Reviewed April 27, 2013 via mobile

Don't bother doing take out, they will either get the order wrong or you will have paid for entrees that won't even get. Atmosphere is so so. Staff can barely speak English , it doesn't matter what you say they will only answer you in French. The Food is average, the portions are average, it's nothing to write home about.

“Good rainy Thursday afternoon visit”
Reviewed April 18, 2013

We go eat often at Quartier Dix-30, and looked 2-3 times at the menu but never entered and finally always changed our mind. This time, we decided to go!

At the beggining, the waitress was not really courteous and seemed moody. Then, after serving the appetizers, she suddenly became really nice and completelly changed her behaviour. I don't know if it had something to do with her seing me surfing on Trip Advisor while waiting... but anyway, after that, her service was very good, except it was a little slow, since it was 2 PM and it was almost empty.

As for the food, it was not extraordinary and not the best authentic chinese food we ate but it was very good, fresh and flavorfull.

For the ambiance, I must say the decor is really nice. The only anoying thing was the little fruit flies all the hour we were there, don't really know why but not cool!

Good rainy Thursday afternoon visit.

“Great Restaurant for NA Chinese”
Reviewed November 21, 2012

This restaurant is in Brossard, just 5 minutes over the Champlain Bridge in a rather large shopping center called Dix-30. So it is about 15 minutes from downtown Montreal. We have been a number of times and have always eaten well and in very pleasant surroundings. The restaurant is spacious, well decorated and comfortable.
The food is North American Oriental, good quality and abundant. They have a ‘Table d’Hote’ that costs from $26 to $38 in the evening, but you get 4 courses. Midday lunch is less expensive. You can see the menu on their website.

The food is well presented, and the waiters paced the meal well. During our last visit, we had the General Tao and the red curry with 1 glass of wine. If you wish, the waiters will pack the balance of your dinner to take with you. With tax and tip this meal cost $80. While not inexpensive, this is competitive for the quality and the area, and you will have a memorable dining experience.
