We asked the girl in the Candy Shop where to go for the best dinner spot, and she steered us to the Grizzly Paw. Our teenage kids enjoyed the atmosphere, beer sample platter was a good way to sample the full menu. The homemade sodas were delicious, especially the Black Cherry, and they were bottomless, too. We had a selection of appetizers, our favourite the salt and pepper wings (very meaty) and the bacon wrapped steak bites dipped in maple syrup. Very busy Saturday night on the long weekend, but waitress was friendly and efficient. Would definitely come back!

Fun place - great waiter, very good food (burgers, fish/chips etc), excellent atmosphere, and fantastic "clean" beer. Hit for our whole family, ages 25 - 84,

Great atmosphere, nice outdoor patio, we loved our beer. I was bummed to find out that my burger had to be 'well done.' some sort of health code.

Went for a late lunch and location was very busy. Got seated quickly and server was good. Menu was not exciting but usual pub food. Had steak sandwich added mushrooms and house salad. Mushrooms were strange and not flavoured at all-don't recommend for the added cost should have got onions but also an added cost. Garlic bread meh, steak ok and house salad good (had beets/eggs/veggies). Husband got salmon sandwich & fries. Salmon good but bun huge and dry - overpowering and fries were meh. Beer awesome! Had a pumpkin ale which was great. Would go back for beer and nachos as those looked good from what I saw - didn't try.

Lots of character, friendly staff and always busy! Go early to avoid lineups. Great view from the patio on a sunny day. I really like the moose knuckle stout. Intense coffee flavour.
