The beer and the colas are still great. If you want to come for a game, the place is right. Unfortunately recently the menu has changed. Used to be able to get several topings for any burger. Now no longer the case. Will continue to come for drinks but probably not for food.

If your in the area of Canmore, you should stop into the Grizzly Paw Brewing Company. It's an entire pub on it's own in the heart of the town/village. Unlike Banff, not a lot of commercialism, just plain ole folks trying to do business in the downtown core and this Pub being one of them. The amount of food and the taste along with the service (very pleasant smile all the time from the wait staff) was outstanding - not to mention they brew some great beer!

Been visiting this restaurant every year or so for the last dozen years.
Food is always good and service is solid.
Alas, they have finally priced themselves out of future consideration.
$51 + tip for 2 burgers and 2 beers. Absolutely ludicrous. Perhaps they need to add a sign that says "fine dining".
Sadly won't be returning and it's a shame because I really enjoyed my annual visit here.

Enjoyed this place while watching the Canada Day Parade pass by in the Main Street. Great selection of locally brewed beer, good service and great atmosphere. There is a giant size Nachos that could feed a small town that is great value for money!!! All good here!!

We were desperate for a beer and some food and went into this bar, everything is plastic here, the tables, chairs, parasols, waitresses..... The table wobbled, badly, we got up and moved to a more sturdy table, as soon as we had sat down a very aggressive waittress came and told us we couldn't sit there as they were expecting the'dinner rush' at 3pm???? The place had 2 other occupied tables! So we got up and left.... The second place we walked out of in Canmore- I sense that customer service is low on the list of this staging post?
