The room was quite comfortable with a room and bed quite conducive for a good night's sleep. The hotel manager who checked us in was very freindly and helpful and would stay there again due to her hospitable attitude. The breakfast buffet was average.

Room Tip: Pay the extra and stay on the road (front) side. The backside faces the railroad tracks and is nois...

We got this room pretty cheap through expedia, unpublished rooms, so we were expecting not one of their best rooms, even more so because it was a long weekend. Our room was an old smoking room ( hotel now smoke free) so it still had a slight smell of smoke. We had 2 queens that were soft but comfortable, we backed onto the train line so heard a couple of trains during the night, but not too loud. Had fridge, microwave and new tv. The room was clean, the bathroom dated, but served its purpose fine. The kids loved the water slide and the pool could only really be used as a landing zone for the slide. The breakfast was ok but nothing special. The location is great with a 10 minute or less walk into town and a nice Indian and a Thai restaurant close. We would stay again

Room Tip: The first floor is a bit noisy with people walking up the hallway to go to the pool

Thank you very much for taking time to review your stay. I would like apologize for the smell of smoke. We have been 100% non-smoking for over 5 years. In the future, please let us know so we can move you to a different room. We are thrilled your children enjoyed the waterslide and you found the location to be “great”. Come visit us again

Stayed for a week in the majestic Rocky Mountains in Canmore, Alberta.
The Ramada Inn was less than majestic, however.
The Inn is located at one end of the town close to the Trans-Canada Hwy.
I reserved the room via Priceline where I bid for an average of $79.00 a night plus 10 % tax.
The Inn is quite dated and the furnishings are showing their age.
The room was small but had a small fridge and a small microwave.
The advertised pool is little more than a landing pool for the 3 story water slide, definitely not for laps.
The TV is an old CRT with 13 channels no cable or DVD player!
The price does include a not too extensive breakfast buffet.
Ramada needs to upgrade this Inn in a very beautiful location.

For the last ten years we have offered a minimum of 25 channels to all guest whether they be available on a CRT television or our new flat screens. We invite you to return to stay with us in one of the newly renovated rooms featuring a large flat screen.
We’re sorry you did not find the breakfast to be to your liking. We offer more than 25 choices at breakfast, it is extremely rare for us to hear any reviews about our breakfast that do not in the very least exceed the expectations of our guests.
The water slide is our greatest attraction to the travelling family. If laps are all that you seek we would be happy to direct you to a public pool in town that will allow you to swim laps. Please contact us at anytime, we are here 24 hours a day.
