Very clean and comfortable - beds were great; I slept really well each night! Lovely touch to have a fireplace in the room. Didn't get a chance to try the Jacuzzi tub but we're booked again for next month so I'll make sure to try it then! The Chez Francois restaurant does wonderful suppers and breakfasts so it's a nice feature of this hotel to have the restaurant in the same building. The free breakfasts are pretty good. The wifi was spotty - as is common in hotels, it was great through the day but got much less reliable between about 6:30-9:30, when everybody's using it at once. This got kind of frustrating at times.

We really enjoyed the room as we had a fireplace and a Jacuzzi tub, which you don't often get in an ordinary room. Also, the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The front desk also helped us with dinner ideas.

Room Tip: It was our first time there, so I don't have any tips.

We stayed at the Econo Lodge in Canmore for several days. We were pleasantly surprised with the room which included a jacuzzi tub and a fireplace. It was clean and comfortable with a microwave, fridge, coffeemaker and a small kitchen ( 2 burners, pots, plates, cups, utensils). It had a comfortable bed and a sofa, chair and desk with free internet. The staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Thank you for great service. Breakfast room was great, everything from boiled eggs, toast, cereal, coffee juice. Rooms clean, fireplace was nice to relax and beds were comfy. Armchairs and footstool was great to relax in. Thank you

Room Tip: No elevator so choose first floor if access a concern.

We go to Canmore every chance we get and wouldn't think of staying anywhere but the Econolodge Canmore. We always get the king bed/Jacuzzi/fireplace room. The bed and the pillows are super comfy. The rooms are always very clean, the staff are friendly, and very helpful. The mountain views are priceless, yet accommodation at Econolodge is very affordable.

We had a nice room, modern TV on an articulating mount, nice beds, great pillows, fire place, very clean and tidy.
Washroom was dated and the tub creaked under myself and my girlfriend, but no real issues, very clean. No hottub sadly, but a jacuzzi tub in our room is a nice touch.
The front desk staff was where it went from an okay hotel for a decent price to a great stay.
Andrew had ensured we were good to go, our check in was super quick and easy(booked through Expedia), but when we were staying for new years eve he gave my girlfriend and I directions to this backwoods little path, followed his directions to a t and hit this little area with a few benches, beside a river, with three sisters looking down on us and the perfect view of the fireworks. Andrew made the night for us and helped me knock the night out the park.

I would love to go back. My husband was having a birthday. I wanted to surprise him with a great trip. All the staff were super helpful. It was overall the absolute best service I have ever experienced in the industry. Thank you Management (Jason) and his lovely staff.
