We had a 2-BR suite and the floor plan is simply perfect. The out-door grill, washer and dryer are pluses and you can count on me booking for an extended stay. The only thing that bothered us was the noise from the pub which went on to the wee hours....but it was a choice of having the mountain view from the balcony or simply closing the windows at night to reduce the noise from the pub.

No doubt the place is very nice. The place is definitely up to the level of being "luxurious". What the most important is the staff. They made us feel at home. They were courteous, pleasant and sincere. I have no doubt to recommend this hotel to all my friends.

The room is well equipped with utensils, cutlery and everything that you need to enjoy cooking. There is also a natural gas BBQ grill to sizzle the steaks. The fireplace made the room cozy. There is in-suite laundry, dish washer, wireless Internet and basically everything that you need for a longer stay - one to two weeks.

We booked based on Tripadvisor's reviews and were not disappointed. The website listing the rooms available included a two bed room; however, when I called, this was not available. The lady at reservations was extremely apologetic for the site not being updated and offered the best possible rate on the next available size suite. We stayed in a two king bed suite and it was wonderful, especially traveling with two small kids. Two seperate rooms, two seperate bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a very functional living room. The beds were great and no sound from adjacent rooms. The small balcony was safe for kids, the pull out couch was fun to watch a movie on that night and the fireplace was lovely. The pool was small but warm and nicely lit for evening swimming. The staff was so helpful. Underground parking is great, especially if you were traveling in the winter (local advice, trust me!). We had a courtyard view which was nice; if you want to see more of the mountains, try a mountain view room, otherwise, get out and walk around! The hotel is at the far end of town so it's a bit of a walk to get to shopping; driving is no problem though, parking is not usually an issue in Canmore. My only tiny complaint would be the loud-talkers in the hallway around 12:00 am. There is a nightclub in the vicinity so I'm guessing that's where they were headed-to or coming-from. As I was getting my shoes on to ask them to take it to their room, another guest beat me to it and the loud-talkers sincerely apologized and left immediately. No harm done. We will definitely be staying again and would recommend to anyone traveling with a family. Enjoy!

The internet was not working in the room about 80% of the time. No help with suitcase when checking in and out. Loud buzz in the room and the restaurant is not open yet. Walked to a grocery store (over a mile) and took a taxi back, ended up saving lots on meals (no room service) Was out of the room from 10AM to 4 or 5 PM each day; maid service was good. Nice having a washer/dryer in the room. Fireplace was great. No movie channels. Would stay here again after restaurant opens and they get the internet working properly.

The ease in finding the resort, after a long drive , coming up to the front desk and being met by a smiling face , she was gracious and very professional.
Walking through the halls and taking the elevator up to the fourth floor and opening the door to the room ,everything so clean and new, then stepping into the room , it took our breath away, such elegance, it was inviting, made us feel so relaxed.
To look through huge windows to see the view of the mountains and the moon shining, then stepping out on the large balcony the next morning to see the vastness of the mountains and see the first snowfall just covering the crests.
There was so many amenities, a fully functional kitchen , large bedrooms , beautiful bathrooms , fireplace , dining and living room , all the comforts, too bad, have to go back to reality in a few days.
Highly recommend to friends and family.
Thank you for a great experience and a memorable time.
