IHOP provides tasty, basic food. If you want ambience or magazine-worthy nouvelle cuisine, you likely won't find it at this price. The service really varies. As noted by others, it gets crazy busy during peak breakfast time. Try breakfast for dinner (a family favourite) and it will probably hot the mark.

Consistently good food with reasonable prices. Always crowded so get there early! Located in a small strip mall on highway 10 in Langley.

Bacon & eggs or harvest pancakes - it's all good and served with a friendly smile.

Not really much to say as this place is a clone of every other IHOP in the country. I found the sirloin steak with eggs and hash browns to be middling, with the scrambled eggs having very little taste (don't think they were fresh cracked but a mix), the hash browns dry and underseasoned, and the beef had obviously been tenderized within an inch of its life. The waitress was kind and courteous although I could only understand perhaps one out of every five words through her very heavy eastern European accent. But... it's open early and it's food and it's not too expensive, so it will do in a pinch!
