“Excellent, Modern & New”

Very nice, brand new hotel, in a great location right at the 200th St exit off the Trans Canada Hwy in Langley. Completely quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Very sharp, modern decor.

The one oddity was that the hotel was not connected to the Moxies restaurant and conference rooms in the attached building - we had to walk outside (often in the rain) every time. A real bizzare oversight.

Also, our drain plug broke in the sink so that the water would not drain and it took over a day for anyone to come fix it. Brushing teeth in the tub is a little awkward. However, this was a pretty minor inconvenience and a bit of a fluke. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

My husband and I needed a quick get away from the city so we headed to Langley for a night. The hotel is in a good location, with multiple amenties only a quick 2min drive away. The front desk staff were friendly, and our room was lovely. A nice couch/chair section, along with 2 queen beds, coffee maker, microwave and bathroom. We couldn't have asked for more! Comfortable sleep, air conditioning was a blessing, and we were amused by the feature on the alarm clock that would project the time on the ceiling.

We traveled to Langley for a wedding in the area and stayed at the Sandman Signature for two nights. The hotel is right off of Hwy 1 which is convenient but you can hear some of the traffic. Lots of parking in front and it's free. The main lobby is very nicely decorated. Access to the lobby is limited at night which is great for security reasons. You need your key card to enter the property after midnight. Elevators require key access as well. The rooms are nicely appointed. I stayed at three Sandman Signatures before and it's nice that you know what to expect. The bathroom was very clean and quite big, with a tub. The main area has a large tv, microwave and coffee maker. The bed was comfortable. The reading lamps were attached to the headboard and both of us hit our heads as soon as we got into bed. Weird setup. The next day we found that noone came up to clean our room. That was uncommon. So we were out of coffee and towels.

The pool was closed for construction.

Coffee machine in the lobby with free drinks.

I would stay again for sure. I don't know if there is a better hotel in Langley, I doubt it. The price is right as well.

Well done Sandman on this new Signature Suites hotel. The main entrance is very well designed and appointed.

The gym was now complete this past time we stayed but unfortunately the pool was not quite ready yet. We have now stayed in three different rooms in this hotel and obviously with it being so new, everything was great from the bedding, bathroom and kitchen. There is very little in the way of staff but the front desk staff are always pleasant and happy to provide excellent service for their guests.

The area is very convenient to local amentities, and having a Moxies next door helps too.

We will certainly continue to stay here when visiting the lower mainland.

Centered between a short drive to many amenities this newer hotel has a trendy decor that works. We have stayed in many hotels through the years and this newer hotel has spent some good dollars on training and decor. From the moment I arrived for my business meeting and checked in the attendents and the front desk were friendly and informative. This building is surrounded by some new road construction as well as under development themselves. The connected Moxies Restaurant is the only access as of yet to their meeting rooms.
The rooms were very neat and tidy, great work stations as well as having everything from your coffee pot, microwave and fridge neatly tucked away in a console. The room itself was a king with couch coffee table and very comfortable.
I did stop in at another room that had the full kitchenette and closed in bedroom, would be great for any longer stays whether for work or play.
Them meeting rooms are good, still definately a little clunky for access until they complete the hallway between the hotel and the confrence rooms. Presently it is a bit of a maze going from the hotel, through the restaurant, through another set of doors, then through the hallways to your meeting rooms. Once the hallway access is complete would be much better!
Did enjoy a meal at the resaurant as well as some time in the pub area in time to watch the playoff hockey games!

Room Tip: Since there are no views or vistas all rooms oversee the surrounding roads or the commercial busines...

We ended up getting to hotel at 1:30 am because of air travel - I did phone to say we would be arriving late. Inside door locked, no bell to ring, had to knock on glass. Reception was in office behind desk. He was accommodating but not what I would call friendly. check out person was much friendlier. Room was lovely with chesterfield & chair near window. Rooms not large thought but comfortable. Bathroom disappointing, very small with very small sink (with no counter space) which was right next to wall that had towel rack on it so had to be careful not to bump elbow on rack. No towel rack in tub (like most hotels) so if forget to take towel off rack out from under sink, had to get out to reach for towel. Coffee/espresso/cap/hot choc machine in lobby for complimentary drinks looked like open 24 hr. was great. A bit difficult to figure out which road to turn off on to get there & no signage that we saw. It is on road that leads onto freeway which is a bit confusing - we were worried that we might get onto freeway by mistake. At 1:30 AM this was not a fun thing to worry about. Was pretty quiet even with freeway very close. Price was ok.

Stayed at this hotel a couple times now and have stayed in all of the types of rooms they have to offer. We got pretty good deals about 6 months ago when they said they were not fully open. We booked in Jan 2012 and they were charging much more for the rooms even though a lot of their rooms are still under construction ( we were told by front desk). When checking in, it seemed the front desk "manager" did not know the hotel well. Took awhile to check if there were any rooms with balconies available and even though the hotel seemed very EMPTY, we did not get a room with a balcony. We were told there there would be a ledge in the room where we could barely step out onto. When we got to the room there was no ledge, there was a normal window, weird? All the types of rooms we have stayed in (one bedroom with kitchen, jacuzzi room, king bed room) had top of the line things such as bedding, appliances and furniture. I had the worst sleep due to the hard and weird shaped pillows but the mattress was very comfortable. The hotel has Moxies attached which was very helpful. I will probably not stay here again if I dont have to due to the price increase for the rooms. I dont think it is worth paying.
