Great villa with great views. One bedroom suite with all the amenities. Large deck with electric barbeque and great views of vineyard and lake. Updated TVs and granite kitchen. Comfy bed. 1 1/2 baths. Lots to do around the property with pools, vineyard, wine tasting, cultural centre, golf and hiking trails. A walk to the beach however.

Was upgraded to the villa which was very nice :) Would stay again if we can catch a good rate.

Minimal housekeeping service during our stay but the place was spotless on arrival. Friendly staff; quick check in but slow service in the dining room so stay relaxed (waitress handled it very well). All in all would highly recommend and would stay again.

This is a very special place, the hotel is worth the 5 star rating; rooms are elegant and functional, many special little touches you must see to appreciate. The views are spectacular, location is great with the lake within walking distance, golf course, trails, winery, and other amenities close by. The Beach Bistro was wonderful, the Nk'Mip winery tour informative and fun, the cultural centre and nature walk were great fun, and the price of food and souvenirs was really affordable. Can't wait to go again, would choose this over another Vegas trip any day, who needs casinos when you have the beauty of nature to enjoy!!

I am thrilled you enjoyed your recent stay with us to the fullest, thank you. I must agree, as nice as some Vegas casinos and resorts are, they have nothing on the natural scenery in and around the South Okanagan area.

We look forward to welcoming you back to Spirit Ridge.

This is a really beautiful resort - great rooms, great location, great amenities. The total package. Our room was spotless and very spacious. The golf course is small but very well groomed with fantastic views. I can't say enough good things about it. And check out the wine room for the attached vineyard - along with the wonderful patio overlooking the valley with terrific lunch time food. Definately coming back.

I would like to take the time to thank you for your short and sweet review of our resort. I will be sure to pass on your comments regarding your "spotless" suite to our housekeeping department. I am very happy you enjoyed the NK'MIP Cellars as well as Mica Restaurant.

On behalf of the team at Spirit Ridge, we look forward to hosting you again.

A well appointed room, with far more ammenities than I expected for the price, great views either looking over the golf course, or the valley and Osoyoos skyline. underground parkade, a great wine shop with moderate to high price point. Don't get the wine in the room, buy it from the wine shop and bring it up, you'll save about $5.00 a bottle that way, and it's the same wine. Wasn't in to the pricey fufu food in the restaurant, so I cooked in my kitchen in the room. The golf course is a decent nine-holer, hike it if you want the exercise, it's a good workout. If you are used to roughing it, or are adventurous in your travels, this place will seem a bit like a bubble, and almost sterile Disney-like (if that makes any sense). The staff are friendly, the other guests for the most part aren't. CAVEAT: Check and make sure there isn't the Annual kids Hockey tournament staying at the Hotel. Virually all the kids are from outside the province, and their chaperones maintain no control over them, (because they are usually partying as hard as the kids) and the hotel doesn't staff enough security to control them. And forget about using the fitness center or the pool during this weekend, as the little brats terrorize the resort, doing everything from playing hide and seek to spitting on the guests from the balcony, for kicks. I would stay here again, and although it's a bit over the top even for a business traveller, and is more of a place I would use as a weekend getaway, kids hockey notwithstanding of course. No business center, and the internet fees in the lobby are outrageously expensive so bring your laptop, and get the wi-fi code on check in.
The spa was nice, average to high price-point, but very friendly staff.

Thank you very much for your review of Spirit Ridge from your recent stay with us.
I would like to apologize for what you experienced while we had the hockey tournament in house. The resort is taking corrective measures to ensure incidents of that nature do not occur again. I am glad that you enjoyed the breathtaking views here at Spirit Ridge as well as the golf course and the warm and welcoming "bubble" that is NK'MIP Resort.
I sincerely hope we can welcome you back to our beautiful resort in the future.

We have now stayed at Spirit Ridge twice. Our first visit a couple of years ago was a bit nicer than our recent visit last month just due to the fact we were in a nicer room. The staff and service are great at this resort. The winery is awesome, great wine take the tour!! Recommend you request a southwest facing suite preferrably right on the winery side instead of mountain side. Restaurant is always enjoyable and the service was good. Recommend you go in the summer when the deck is open for dinner, we were just there in May and it wasn't open yet as it was still too cold.
