We just love visiting Canada's warmest lake. Friendly people everywhere and a great lake, with fantastic hotels and motels.

It's a small lake, warm water, great for swimming - especially for little ones as it's quite shallow. We rented a Wave Runner for an hour - but the lake is small and you can only go up and down it so many times. But it is one of the prettiest little spots we have ever seen.

We like camping and have stayed at NK'MIP (Ink ' mep ) campground before and will say , try it to every camper .
There is so much to see and do in Osoyoos , we did a wineries tour by bus great way to sample and not have to drive . You must go to The Silver Sage wineries ,fantastic assortment and the staff is excellent.
Lots of store to look through in and around town , not to mention all the fresh fruit stands . We shopped each day for our supper . And we did eat out a couple times , but with all the fresh produce we were in heaven .
If you want a quiet camp site the new sites away from the beach are best as it is very tight and may kids by the lake . And from the top sites it is only 3 to 5 min walk to the beach. The small on site store is very good and there is even a small beach bar . Love this place and we will be back !!

Osoyoos Lake was made for family vacations. Clear, calm, warm and sandy. You can't ask for anything more.
