Love a good lake experience and this one is awesome like many others perfect for families with small children as lakes offer safe shallow shores for the most part. Warm water. Clean. You can rent water toys or simply roll out your towel and soak in the experience. A lovely spot to unwind.

The water here is always warm and doesn't get deep at all. Great for the family. The park is always green and well managed. We have stayed here in our RV multiple times and we also come here for the yearly fireworks for the 4th

We visited Osoyoos in late October and unfortunately the weather was very rainy and foggy. That did not deter much though from the natural beauty of this lake and valley and the pleasant people that live there. We took a pleasant walk at Hayne's point which offers a great 360 degree view from the middle of the lake. The nice thing about this time of year in Osoyoos is that it is not too busy so we had a very relaxing time there.

Osoyoos Lake embraces breathtaking scenery and is a quiet gem of an oasis in late fall. The weather was amazing 28-31 degrees C so wading/swimming was a perfect way to end our road trip each evening after visiting the wineries.

Hidden jewel of the interior if you come from the city (Vancouver). Best summer getaway if you are looking to get away from the city. A good 5 hours drive from Vancouver.
