“Big city flavour with unbeatable prices”
Reviewed August 11, 2014

I love love this restaurant, the food, service and the people.
Caribbean family owned, serves mainly western cuisine with occasional island style specials.
Every meal I've had here has been phenomenal, cooked to perfection, ,Quick service and friendly staff.
I would recommend this place to the Queen of England and to families with children,
Great job Mckia's for consistently providing freshly prepared meals for large groups or single table...always fresh and delicious

“Average but flavorless food”
Reviewed August 9, 2014

Have eaten here twice, both times the place was almost empty or empty while the town was in peak season, this pretty much says it all.

“Perfectly acceptable”
Reviewed August 8, 2014

Food was good, service was very good. It was what we needed as we were tired after a day of wine tours. Not a destination restaurant, but no complaints.

“Ate here several times while staying at BW. Always pleased.”
Reviewed August 2, 2014

Since we were staying at the Best Western, this was very convenient. Ate here 3 times. Had their chicken quesedilla, wings, hamburger, BBQ chicken, beef soup and chicken tenders. All well prepared. Ample portions. Prices reasonable. Very friendly and quick service. No complaints and would go back again.

“Slow, slower, McKia's”
Reviewed July 23, 2014

We came here for dinner and found a place quite full. There was only one waiter and one cook and they have been so busy that it took a while until we were greeted. Several tables have not been cleaned up and looked messy. After waiting a bit we got a free table but no service. We realized that several others were already waiting for their food and also did not look too happy so we assumed that it might take some time until we could even place an order. We further waited but nobody was interested to take our order so we left the place and were served much better at the Italian Restaurant across the street.
