Extremely disappointed with my visit. Started off well with a great foot massage; however, the rest of the massage was not great. She was definitely not an RMT as they advertise. The pedicure started off well until the staff dropped the instrument and picked it up to use on my foot again. When I protested, she was not happy with me and made it obvious for the rest of the service. Later she cut my foot and it was bleeding. I never got the paraffin wax, nor was it offered. When I was paying, I told the front desk person about my cut foot and no paraffin treatment - he offered 5 dollars off. He then wanted me to pay cash in exchange for no tax. No thanks and I left without tipping, which I have never done. Will never go back there.

I booked a Father's Day spa day for my dad like a week in advance. I specifically told the staff that my dad has joint problems/arthritis so hence I'd like a ONE HOUR MASSAGE and a STEAM shower with a HALF HOUR FACIAL. Due to the horrible understanding and grasp of the English language, they completely screwed up my dad's day. They asked my dad what package he wants knowing full well I had already booked something. As a result my dad did not get the services that I had originally paid for. I will never come here again and neither will the rest of my family. People if you are going to work in this country learn the language for crying out loud!

This place is huge and has a ton of rooms and ample space. The staff are nice and did a good job. It's near Markville mall and there is ample parking. Rates are reasonable.
