My brother and I visited Toronto and stayed at this hotel for two nights. We rented a suite so that my brother can sleep on the pull-out sofa and I sleep in the room. The layout of the suite is not good. All seem so tiny and crowded. Even though the hotel is new but the color of the carpet and the bathroom look so old. I don't have extra blankets in the room and we have to go downstairs to ask for it.
The lobby looks more attractive than the room. The complimentary breakfast is good enough but if you feel for some beacon and eggs you have to pay the price on the menu ($9.00) and the hotel will reimburse you $3.00 back and not as indicated by the hotel Management Rep on the review that the guest only pays $3.00 for the hot meal.
There is lots of parking space available for free. I will try some other hotels in the future.More
