Ajisen Ramen was found at Kumamoto, Japan in 1968. Currently Ajisen Ramen already have 400 plus chain in worldwide.
If you've been to Japan and dined on the plethora of fantastic Ramen there, you will appreciate Ajisen.
Always a good sign when the cooks are Japanese in a Japanese restaurant and patrons are plentiful. Soup is made in a Kumamoto Style (Heavier than Tokyo style) called Tonkotsu and is delicious.
I've enjoyed many a decent meal at Ajisen Ramen in Tokyo, and so I naturally expected similar at their chain store in Toronto.
Unfortunately, taste not original Japanese, but good overall.
