The staff was extremely helpful and courteous with everyone. We were traveling as a group and they were so helpful with making our visit and stay most enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property if you are planning a visit to the Vancouver BC area, only 13 miles from downtown.More
Good hotel, situated just outside Vancouver. Bedroom was spacious and spotlessly clean with a good sized bathroom. The metro station is a 15 min walk from the hotel, however the roads outside the hotel are very busy in peak times.
Not too keen on the indoor pool as consequently there is limited light within the interior of the hotel and bedrooms are dark.
All in all a reasonable hotel at a reasonable cost. If visiting Vancouver city again would certainly consider staying here again.
The room was very comfortable. The check-in staff member was not and I felt uncomfortable & that I was bothering her. The fitness equipment is located in the hallway near the pool and hot tub which is very high temperature and high humidity and old equipment.

We were down for a lacrosse tournament. We have 3 kids age 5-9 and they loved the indoor pool in a tropical setting. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. Bonus that we could bring a foamie for one of our kids and there was no extra charge for having 5 people in a room. There is a restaurant and liquor store next door. Would be nice if there was a free continental breakfast but the in room fridge allowed us to buy milk and cereal so we stayed within our budget. These kids sports sure do break the bank!! We would stay here again.
The hotel was clean but we did find one insect leg on a pillow. It got us a little concerned. Hotel staff obviously take time to look after the rooms. They are friendly for the most part. I found the front desk to be a bit lacking in customer service skills. The two gentlemen on the desk were too preoccupied with their phones and left me standing for five minutes. I noticed in the lobby a few half consumed wine glasses. I would say that was inappropriate given the number of children around. Would I stay again? Yes. It was clean, it was convenient and it had good services. It would be nice if the pool were open later than 9 pm on the weekends but I guess they have to have rules.

Spent a night here while in town for business. Seemed more like a Best Western than a Best Western Plus, being rather dated, dark, and worn (but clean). The mattress was a bit crunchy, for lack of a better descriptor, and although the reservation said queen beds, they seemed smaller, possibly full size. Creaking noises from the person walking in the room above mine was a bit annoying, along with an occasional whistling noise from the mini-fridge. Despite 2 doors into hallways, and a third to the adjoining room, noise from out there wasn't a problem.
The location is convenient and the best thing going for this place. Staff were efficient.
I'd probably stay elsewhere if I were to return to the area, just to try something different, but I wouldn't rule this out either.
