“Did not honor their own promotion!!”
Reviewed January 31, 2014

Went to this restaurant with bunch of friends one of us had a voucher from the entertainment book for this restaurant. The serve did not know anything about she talked to her manager/owner and he acted as their ad was published without their permission. The reason why I am putting a bad review for them is that they treated us very poorly over a $5 appetizer saying that their cost is too high and they could not afford comping that five dollar plate!!!!

“Horrible quality, very very bad”
Reviewed November 25, 2013

We went to Cazba few nights ago, ordered soltani combo, rice was awful, cheapest rice in the market and badly cooked, ground beef kabab was worse, tasted like old non merinated and non spiced meat, chicken kabab was not well cooked and shirazi salad had commercial lemon juice not a fresh which was bitter and tasted bad. Food quality was super low, this place is just good for people that are looking for very cheap food for cheap price, you will be so disappointed if you know persian food. Not recommended at all.

“Outstanding Persian food and value”
Reviewed October 5, 2013

One of our favourite places. You no longer need to go out to North Vancouver to get excellent Persian food. Highly recommended.

“Just Awesome”
Reviewed September 16, 2013

Great food for a very good price. I usually have the soltani which is a ground beef skewer and a skewer of steak with rice and salad. The meat is so tender that a knife is never required. Very tasty, very reasonably priced. I think that plate is around $10. Too much food.
Service is amateurish, but they get the job done. Don't expect to be wowed by it. They give you your food and that's about it.
But the food makes it all worthwhile.
Nice patio. Always busy. Expect to wait for a table on the weekends. But do it. It's worth it.
This place is a 45 minute drive from my house, but we do it eagerly to enjoy their great food.
No alcohol.
And for those of you with religious diets, everything is halal.
I rate the food as awesome; 10 stars out of 10 stars. Have something with skewered meat though. They do that well.
Service 4 out of 10. That might bother some people, but I am a foodie. It's all about the meal. I see someone commented that the staff were rude. I have not found this to be the case. I just find them extremely inexperienced. And I worked many years as a server.

“Huge meal, incredibly reasonably priced”
Reviewed September 11, 2013

We stumbled on this restaurant while wandering around this neighborhood, which is full of restaurants of every ethnicity imaginable. We were delighted with our find. We could not believe the amount of food and amazing quality of the food for the incredibly reasonable prices. Four in our party had chicken/beef kebabs, which were enormous and really great quality meat. I had a delicious stew made from ground walnuts and pomegranate seeds, which was different but very tasty. The food was so plentiful, honestly two or three people could probably share a dinner. This was a great find and we agreed we all plan to return in the future.
