In winter, we have skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sleigh rides among many other activities. Grouse Mountain also features several different dining venues, from café style at Lupins to casual dining at Altitudes and fine dining as a guest at The Observatory. “Check out this view!”
Reviewed November 29, 2013

Set directly north of the city of Vancouver, Grouse Mountain has stunning views, especially at sunset. Great restaurant and bar, neat experience for out-of-towners. The sky ride up is exhilarating and the walk around the buildings in Fall is lovely - lots to see.

“Nice place to spend a day”
Reviewed November 28, 2013

I was there a long time ago but I really enjoyed my time.
For not sedentary people, you can go to the top by hiking.
You should wait to see the sunset by the top, it's really beatiful.
If you don't stay for a dinner, the tour will not be expensive.
Enjoy it.

“Go to the sunset!”
Reviewed November 27, 2013

Go to the sunset in a clear day, it's amazing! If you go to the restaurant you don't have to pay the entrance, but it's not cheap.

“Grouse Mountain”
Reviewed November 26, 2013

We visited Grouse Mountain today, November 2013. Went to the eye of the wind which has a great viewing platform, there wasn't enough wind to set the blades in motion, but the pod itself was rotating. Also went on the zip lines of which there are five, two are pretty long with fantastic views of downtown Vancouver and a lake they was pretty much iced over. No lines due to time of year but summer is crazy according to workers there. Expensive but worth it.

“Not a lot at the top”
Reviewed November 26, 2013

was pretty dead at the top. Was'nt much to do unless you are skiing i guess. The view is so so, and we coud'nt get to the windmill either. Cool ride but as far as mountains go, its pretty average.
