“Unique Decor, good food and helpful staff.”
Reviewed September 24, 2011

We arrived in Vancouver after a very long trip from Australia and made our way to the Holiday Inn International Hotel attached to the "Fogg n' Suds" Restaurant/Beer Bar. Needless to say we were very tired but the staff were very understanding, polite and curteous and we enjoyed a very tasty evening meal. The next morning we ate a hearty breakfast again served by helpful staff. The meals were ample, tasty and delicious.
The Fogg's Decor is unique and has memorabilia from pubs around the world. The dark wood tables, booths and bar give the impression of an olde English pub ... but the flat screen TVs are definately state of the art!
We would go there again and are happy to recommend it.

“Good Eats”
Reviewed September 12, 2011

Best selection of beer I've ever seen at a restaurant. The food was delicious and they had "fish bowl" drinks for a good price.
We plan on staying in the area again and will definitely return for a good meal.
They have really nice beer glasses and the waitress gave them to us.
Great service.

“A great restaurant coupled with the hotel.”
Reviewed August 26, 2011

A great restaurant at reasonable prices. Food was first class and beer on special offer.
Service was faultless a really good evening to finish off our holiday in Alaska on the way back home to the UK.
If only the Air Canada trip from Vancouver to London Heathrow was as faultless as this it would have been a great end to our holiday. But Air Canada are a law unto themselves and have no interest or care in customer satisfaction.

Probably the best hotel restaurant/pub that I've been to. Fantastic selection of international beers, great tasting food at a very reasonable price and friendly service. Worth checking out!

“One of the best casual hotel restaurant/bars”
Reviewed May 10, 2010

There is something about Vancouver's hotels and their bar/restaurants that is great. I think the great thing is that they are more like bars that serve food instead of a glorified breakfast area. They tend to be less "dated" looking too. The Fogg'n'Suds is a good example of this, attached to the Holiday Inn on Cambie Road. Visitors may park in the garage for hotel guests.
