“Unvergessliches Erlebnis”

Saw plenty of whales!. Scenic view! Amazing experience for a life time! The boat trip was so much fun, sometimes a little bit bumpy which I really like, if you are not into it you can choose another area on the boat. THe crew was extremely friendly and explained a lot, even I believe it could be more precise and crew members should tell more about the degree of endangering of the whales / animals in general and environment!
THanks a lot

“A great day trip!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 26, 2013

Was a little hesitant at the cost of the excursion but as the kids wanted to attempt to see whales in their natural environment we went ahead with the trip. It panned out. The kids had a great time on the boat we saw seals, porpoises, eagles and an adult killer whale with two young killer whales swimming out in the water. Wear warm clothing as the further out it gets the colder it gets. And beware as soon as whales are spotted boat tours from everywhere come zipping in to get a good look. Thank goodness for the laws that don't let the boats get too close so have a good zoom on your camera for a great pic.

“Wonderful Whale Watch”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 24, 2013

Amazing company who guaranee a siting or you get free trip until you do see whales. They work so hard following leads to make sure customers are satisfied with their trip and are really nice to deal with. We went 3 times until we saw these magnificent creatures - well worth the wait. Good boat ride too also saw bald eagles, seals, porpoise, and long ship! Would not hesitate to recommend them. Have a great trip ...

“Nice day out”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 24, 2013

Staff was friendly and the boats were nice. We had a very calm day which helped however only saw a Minky whale. Apparently that is pretty unusual for these waters however, I have to admit, it was a little anti-climatic. We were on the boat for 5 hours and it truly was FREEZING cold out on the water. Staff was nice enough to hand out blankets however there is not enough for everyone so dress warm. Obviously not the fault of the company but everyone on the boat was of course hoping to see orcas. The company was great but the overall experience was average.
Steveston is a beautiful area so if you have the time, try to make it a whole day and have lunch down at the pier.

“Awesome!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 24, 2013

We had just arrived in Canada, and only had 2 days in Vancouver - whale watching was a must. Tried to book with another company, but they were full, so went with this one. A bit of a drive down to Steveston, but the town was really pretty and worth a visit anyway. We were a bit nervous about going out to sea for such a distance and for so long, but clearly we were lucky! Weather was warm, sea was calm and we found the whales within an hour. Saw a pod of 8 orca who had been feeding. They then played, leaped and splashed for ages, providing a magnificent show! Also saw seals, bald eagles, leaping salmon on the trip. Only on the boat for 3.5 hours total :-). Stayed in Steveston for an evening meal because so many lovely restaurants. A great experience!
