“Peaceful and serene”
Reviewed June 24, 2012

We drove by the Temple on our way to Steveston, and noticed how beautiful it was. So on our way back, we decided to stop in to check out the gardens. What a slice of serenity, in the middle of the city. We walked around and checked out the various statues, gardens, etc. There were a lot of people chanting in the temple, which was quite interesting. We purchased some incense, lit it, and left it at the various statues. It's a beautiful place to visit, regardles of your religion.

“A Buddhist Temple You Should Visit in Richmond”
Reviewed April 14, 2012

Among the various Buddhist temples located in Richmond, this is one of the two you should not miss. You can see the beautiful statues and scenery there - don't compare those found in Asia as you are visiting western places. You can pray and listen to the prays done by the monks if time is right.
