“Great value and friendly staff”

Stayed here for 4 days for a wedding at the end of August. This hotel is well worth the money. There is a shuttle that takes you to and from the airport. The hotel itself is close to a skytrain station but the walk is through a deserted neighborhood, somewhat scary at night. The room is good and comfortable. We had a room that is next to the elevator, but we did not hear any noise from the door opening and closing. The breakfast buffet is excellent. There is no restaurant within the hotel, but there are fast food places across the street. Parking space is limited but adequate. The best asset of this hotel is the friendly staff. Everybody we dealt with has been exceptionally helpful and makes you feel welcome.

Thank you very much for reviewing our property. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us and found our property affordable and comfortable. Our complimentary shuttle to/from the airport runs every 30 minutes and it takes around 5 minutes to get to the airport. The Skytrain is a great way to explore Vancouver and we always recommend using No 3 Road which is a safe walking route to the Bridgeport Station. We are very happy that you had the opportunity to enjoy our complimentary breakfast which includes delicious hot and cold items. For lunch and dinner, there are plenty of restaurants of different cuisines located within walking distance from our property. Our staff will always have their Hamptonite smile and always willing to help our guests with everything they can.

Having now stayed at the Hampton Inn in Richmond on Bridgeport road a few times, I
am continually impressed with all aspects of this hotel. The staff are considerate and accomodating, the rooms are spotless (I especially appreciate their crisp white duvet covers, not the usual hotel bedspread!), and the beds are supremely comfortable. The complimentary breakfast (even with fresh home-made waffles!) is greatly appreciated by a family of six, as our's is.
A huge thank you to the entire staff for making our stay a wonderful one!

I have been staying at this Hampton consistently for years now. The staff are always helpful and professional. It is near the Canada line to downtown and you can park at the hotel for the day. Complimentary coffee and tea and breakfast and wifi allows you convenience to do business for overnight trips. Asian and other dining choices in Richmond make it and easy and affordable choice for weekday or extend your stay for weekend. Beds are comfortable.

Room Tip: Ask for a quiet room in the back, and away from elevators if available.

A great location near the airport. All day train and bus pass for 9 dollars enables one to travel on the bus and train lines all day. Very convenient to the airport and downtown vancouver. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definately stay again i in that area. Located in Richmond part of Vancouver and area with great Asian food. Had the best Chinese food in a long long time

Room Tip: choose a room that does not face the Days Inn Very good breakfast.

This hotel was just what I expected from Hilton. Nice and clean. Very friendly staff and simple services nearby walking distance. Nothing fancy but a good choice for the dollars. Bed was very comfortable. Do wish there was a restaurant or bar in the hotel though.

Room Tip: The higher the better for morning traffic noise.

My wife and I were in Vancouver for a week ( me on business and her sight seeing) and the company put us up here since it was close to the airport and to where my meetings were. Check in was easy, the desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean from what I saw, our room certainly was. The "included" breakfast actually had hot entrees (scrambled eggs, some kind of meat and potatoes or pancakes) along with the usual cold cereals and muffins so we could get a "low carb" breakfast. Breakfast room was off the lobby with seating on one side of the lobby.

I tuned the rental car in early and caught a ride on the hotel shuttle back to the hotel. Then we rode the shuttle to the airport the next morning. We were offered a "breakfast bag" since breakfast service had not started when we had to leave.

The bottom line: we'd stay here again.

Just did a quick over night but was happy with the location, room, and staff. Got me to YVR quickly.
Kind of hard to find but that's life in a strange city.
Didn't use the restaurant or pool but TA forces you to rate them.

Room Tip: Not that much traffic but the side away from the main street (odd numbers) might be a good idea. I...
