“Quality Accommodation with Very Good Services”

I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days for a quick get away from home and I enjoyed my stay very much. My flight landed very early in the morning past 1 AM and by the time I cleared custom there was no more shuttle and when I eventually called the hotel they told me to take a taxi and just make sure I get a receipt and they would fully reimburse me for it upon arrival which they did and I really appreciate that very much. My room was adequalely sized and in order so I was able to get some quick sleep upon arrival and the free breakfast in the morning was good. The front desk even offered free free bottled water when I checked in and it was great service and nice touch in customer attention. There was a minor technical issue with the entertainment service I ordered during my stay but it was eventually resolved to my satisfaction so it was just a learning experience and if one remains calm and explain your reasoning to the fromt desk it will not be an issue at the end and everyone will be happy. Overall I think the front desk staffing was great and they are very reasonable and very attentive to their customers' needs and concerns and I cannot ask for anything more and will patronize them again if I am coming through here again.

While most Hampton Inns are clean, inexpensive carbon copies, this one has more advantages and a single disadvantage. Regarding the later, the regular rooms are extremely small with limited amenities. However, as with most things, you get what you pay for. The cost was very reasonable, with an adequate breakfast and a competent staff. The location is nice for a stay near the airport and a 24 hour shuttle is available. We stayed for one night on the way to the cruise terminal and this was perfect.

As Hampton Inn's go, this property is pretty consistent. The rooms are atypically small, but clean and comfortable.

The public areas including the lobby and breakfast area are fairly small, however it never felt crowded. The included breakfast was just right to get the days started! The staff were very pleasant and helpful which is always important for us.

The only downside that won't matter if you don't have a car, is that parking on the property is very limited and tight. We did have to park on the side street a couple of times but fortunately it was right next to the hotel, since the surrounding areas are more industrial and don't look like someplace I'd want to wander around too much in the late evenings.

The property is conveniently located to Richmond and the airport. There is also a Costco very close by that serve Poutine and gelato! Ok, probably more a novelty for us Californian's than locals, but it was a nice change from our local Costco fare.

The areas such as the lobby or the breakfast room were recently fully renovated in order to accommodate our guests that travel for business or any other purposes. We try to make good use of our space and meet everyone's expectations. Our complimentary breakfast includes hot and cold items that will get everybody's day started more easily, therefore we are glad you enjoyed it! As for our parking, we agree that it often is quite busy, as such please notify us at the front desk of any difficulties you may experience and we will be happy to assist you in finding a suitable spot within our parking lot. Stayed here 1 night en route to Toronto. Hotel is fairly close to the airport and several good restaurants. We arrived at 12.00 and fortunately our room was ready. Nice room fairly spacious, clean well appointed and quiet. very pleasant chech in staff that asked us if we wanted water and cookies when we checked in. our 2nd stay here and we will certainly stay here again

24 hr shuttle to/from YVR. Tasty free breakfast. Will consider again for next trip to Vancouver, BC.

My wife and I had a brief overnight stay to do in Richmond inbetween flights and we picked the Hampton Inn because of previous good experiences at other Hampton locations.

The hotel shuttle comes every half hour - so that took a little while (just missed it the first time) but was easy to find. The room was clean and classy - love the feel of their rooms.

We had a car to park - and I was able to leave the vehicle there for the trip at a cheap rate for extended parking - loved that!

Free breakfast - good, although we did go grab a coffee across the street rather than drink theirs...

Staff were very friendly and helpful - I would do that again!

Room Tip: ask for an end room...

Very nice hotel. Limited parking spaces. Everything you need though. Breakfast is very well stocked. Free paper in the morning on you're door step. Great service. Internet. Basically everything you need.

Room Tip: Get a room facing the north. They will be quieter, because of the road.
