“Great deal for us.”

The staff in this hotel were extremely helpful. We ( two couples) stayed here for one night after a cruise. We had too much luggage in our rental car so we stopped by many hours before check in. They allowed us to store it so we could go sight seeing before we checked in. They offered us coffee and water. Everything done with a smile. The place was very clean. ( they were painting the outside but that did not affect us) We used the shuttle to get to the airport in the morning. The breakfast was open earlier than the 6 am that they stated , so we were able to grab a bite before heading off. Kind and helpful when we wanted to print boarding passes.
Price was great too. Would certainly stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and it was fine, just your typical Hampton Inn, except for one problem: the smell. The lobby was very heavily perfumed and the room I stayed in smelled like moth balls. It was almost unbearable. I'm an organic chemist and work with really disgusting smelling chemicals all the time such as naphthalene, which is what makes the moth ball smell, and I feel like beyond a chemistry lab no one should ever have to smell this. It's disgusting and there are better ways to get rid of moths. However, that said, the rooms were clean, wifi was free and worked like a champ, breakfast was free, and the hotel staff was extremely friendly. The day I was leaving the hotel a woman and her young son who weren't staying there desperately needed to use a restroom and there was no where nearby for them to go and even though the bathrooms in the lobby were for guests only, the man working the desk let them use the bathroom. It warmed my heart.

The hotel has a shuttle to the airport, which comes ever half hour and is pretty large so there is plenty of space. There's also a Costco within walking distance!

Very close to airport, inexpensive, free Internet. Staff at front desk made the appearance of being helpful but was not.

Friendly staff, excellent service, rooms clean & quiet. Short walk to Vancouver Train service. Excellent airport shuttle service.

The hotel is not particularly nice, nor is it very clean. The staff is inexplicably haughty for an airport Hampton.

If you have an infant, the hotel does not have cribs (any).

This would be suitable for an individual business traveler.

Currently, guests of Hilton family hotels are contributing to the “Catch Me At My Best” program, which recognizes and reinforces our commitment to great service and hospitality. We are very happy that a number of our hotel staff have been “caught at their best”. We constantly remind them to provide the best service at all times with positive attitude to ensure great experiences for both our guests and staff. We're very sorry that you did not have the best encounter during your stay.

I found the rooms small for a Hampton Inn, the parking is limited and there are very limited amenities. There are a lot of competition around, I won't choose to stay here again.

We’re very sorry to hear that you found our hotel average. Our rooms are smaller-sized than newer Hampton hotels. However, we’ve made recent renovations with our rooms, and will also be upgrading other amenities such as our lobby, breakfast area and fitness room.

Parking is reserved strictly for our guests, and we try to ensure that guests obtain a parking space every time they visit our hotel.

Hotel is very close to the airport, has shuttle service, room is spaceous and clean, free internet, flat screen TV, one can hear the airplanes, with love chair, interesting hair dryer with built in emergency light, breakfast is basic and included in room rate of 165 CA$, shuttle runs every 30 minutes, parking was free, cloth cabinet was not hig henough, so trousers were touching the ground about 1 1/2 ",
