Boutique stores, coffee shops, ice cream parlours, fresh fish off the boats, great restaurants, museums, terrific views along the board walk - what's not to like at Steveston ? When the sun is out, this place is magical, regardless of the season. I never get tired of this place.

Wonderful place to spend the day - coffee, food, books, cool little stores, historic buildings and tourist areas .... great place to eat, walk, tour. ... just be.

We enjoy lunch at restaurant where have view with harbour in sunny day, and then walk around and buy some fish for dinner.

“The way it used to be”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 25, 2013

There is always something different here to see. Sometimes just swans and fish and chips, other times there are bustling sales of fish directly off the boats. Usually fish sales are only on Saturday and Sunday though. You will find countless coffee shops and on a hot day everyone seems to have an ice cream cone. The merchants are mostly mom and pop operations except for Starbucks. It is a very pleasant place to stroll and slow down.

“A little gem”

Steveston Heritage Fishing Village is a must see. It combines old world fishing charm with
modern living. Great little places to dine and take a relaxing walk along the boardwalk.
