Spent one night here. We arrived late and very tired. The room was nice and clean. Didn't like the fact that they charge 2.50 each for the two bottles of water left in our room. At over 200.00 for the night they should be complimentary. I mentioned this when checking out and the front desk manager did take them off of our final bill. I also feel that the mediocre breakfast should be included. The positives are that it is close to the airport and has a shuttle service. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

We appreciate your candid feedback that we can use into consideration for our future guests. Just a FYI regarding breakfast - Holiday Inn hotels globally do not offer complimentary breakfast however packages can be reserved that would include it with the price of the room. In saying that, Holiday Inn Express hotels globally provide a complimentary breakfast with all rooms. I hope this helps!

stayed at hotel. staff is ok. Aloka is super she is real friendly and very genuine she is definitely an asset to the hotel. the others are ok but seem unhappy to be there foggy and suds resturant was good reyanne is awesome waitress very friendly and kind

Well I stayed for 2 nights, it's totally not satisfying good staying at hotel though good location to travel around anytime ask or request something at front desk it's look have to pay cost, and try to extend 1 day the guy at front desk instead of saying let me check and help, told me no have to check out and check back in again, have to move all luggage. If I m not wrong he is manager on duty. Recommend try to put good manager or gsr who can help, not just check in and check out process.

Staff were courteous, the room was clean and generously sized. There was an adjoining restaurant- Fogg and Suds, I think, and one could buy a beer and take it to one's room. There was a shuttle bus and it was a short quick trip to the airport with one stop along the way. No complaints. Serviceable. Not the "Great Hotel" experience one expects from a CP-type Hotel, but neither was it expected.

Great hotel with a good location. The hotel took us to the train station, had breakfast and the employees were very nice to work with. Our tour company had pick up and drop off here also and that is great. Would stay here again, the front desk had all the answers we needed with directions and suggestions and so helpful.
