Radisson Hotel Vancouver Airport

This hotel is almost perfect in every way. It is impecabbly clean, that is the whole hotel, not just the rooms. The pool is perfect to cool off after a long day of traveling around Vancouver. The skytrain station is right there, with easy to follow directions for getting around town, so that you can leave your car there and not have to search for parking. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food from the restaurant is delicious but a bit pricey for a family traveling on a budget, but there is a mall right across the road with a lot of Asian cuisine, why not try something different when you are away from home. The only thing that wasn't "perfect" was that their movie service was down so I was unable to order the kids a movie to settle in for the night. Small compared to all of the great things about this hotel.

We booked this place after checking its location on mapquest and decided that it suited our purpose -- traveling with our parents who missed Asian food and everything Asian. When we checked into the place we couldn't believe how close everything was, the Yoahan center was just next door, and Aberdeen center right across the street, so everything is a minute walk away! Not only that, there's even a good size Asian grocery store downstairs of the President Plaza, where the hotel itself is located. Needless to say this is a haven for Chinese travelers, although there are other patrons as well. Aside from the location, the hotel itself is modern, clean, and smells good. The gym is well-equipped, and the pool is nice and quiet and warm! There are even shower rooms and restrooms adjacent to the pool, which is not necessarily common in hotel pools. The only thing I'm not crazy about are the "sleep number beds", which feel kind of like air mattresses to me, but we're so tired from all the sight-seeing everyday that we have no problem sleeping. The hotel is quiet and the staff helpful. The souvenir shop downstairs is extremely overpriced and a tourist trap, but if you have no choice... I also like the fact that we get two queen size beds instead of doubles in our room, which slept our family of four (2 adults and 2 children) quite nicely. The lounge downstairs is REALLY nice and reminds me of the good old days (nights) in Asia, but we couldn't go there with our children in tow. Oh well, maybe next time. Hopefully this place will still be there and still be so wonderful when we visit Vancouver again. Oh, forgot to mention that parking is wonderfully convenient, we were able to park right in front of the hotel all three days that we were there.

Had a great and relaxing time in this hotel. Up to date decor, great service from all the staff. Perfect location....REAL close to the Canada Line train station and Asian stores. Safe covered parking.

Located inside the President Plaza complex on No 3 Road / Cambie, it is extremely convenient. Despite it was renovated couple of years ago, I found it not up to par in terms of room cleaniness especially the bathroom. It is acceptable at best, and I was expecting it to be better.
My package came with free parking, (normally a $10 daily rate), however, there are only limited number of parking space in the front (around 15?). If the parking in front is full, we would have to park on the op floor of the President Plaza parking lot.
Occasional noises from airplanes.

However, its is offering what it is supposed to offer for the price it charges. So I would recommand this hotel if u are looking for a valued choice.

Got a good rate here on Hotwire so I decided to give it a try. Firstly, the hotel is close to the airport nad easily accessible. The check in was prompt and attentive and I asked for and recieved an upgrade to a king room from the standard 2 queen room-this was handled efficiently with a minimum of fuss.
The room was quiet, clean and comfortable and well worth the price. The restaraunt was slightly less pleasant. I felt the menu was a bit over priced for what was offered. The waitress barely spoke passable English and I had a hard time understaing what she was saying. This led to a couple of mixups, which to her credit, she rectified quickly.
Checkout was efficient and pleasant-all in all, a very nice stay in a good hotel-would stay here again.

Decent hotel, staff was friendly. A tad on the expensive side but overall a good experience. We were able to get an early check-in and late check-put without a problem.
