This restaurant was highly rated by others and for this reason my husband and I gave it a try. I had the crab and avocado sandwich and was really disappointed. The crab was shredded as opposed to being chunky and was served on white bread that was slightly toasted - not even that well. It had a slice of tomato and a bit of avocado. For the price, I would have expected nice fresh crab and a croissant.

My husband had the lobster mac and cheese, and while it was pretty good, I have definitely had better.

The restaurant is high priced, as you would expect in a tourist place, but in my opinion, not worth the effort. I will not return.

“Overlooking the Fishing Boats in Steveston”
Reviewed June 23, 2013

This is one of my go-to places when people come to visit from out of town. It's tucked away at the back on the left side of the fishing pier. But once you find it, prepare to enjoy some of the tastiest fish dishes in Steveston while seated on a heated balcony overlooking the Steveston Fishing Fleet. Or if it's a wintery day the tables inside also have a great view. But don't just stay with fish and chips as good as this is, try out the other fish offerings on the menu. The halibut on the fresh sheet is well worth the price. And for those who prefer not to eat fish, the non-fish menu items are just as tasty and well prepared.

“Fabulous”
Reviewed June 22, 2013 via mobile

We tried this restaurant on the recommendation of our hotel concierge. He did not fail us. The salmon chowder was the best I ever had. Our waitress was friendly and service was excellent. Highly recommended!

“Top Seafood”

What a great experience sat on a balcony over looking the fishermen selling their wares off the back of their boats whilst eating the most amazing fish & chips i've ever tasted.

“Fathers Day”
Reviewed June 20, 2013

Took my father out for late Father's Day lunch. We had the fish and chips and although he said he doesn't like quite as much batter as they put on, he ended up devouring it. I'd say that is a pretty good reason to go back again!!
