“Funky, Trendy and a Social Media Okay”
Reviewed May 18, 2013

The Social media people can love this as Browns Social House is the funky, trendy gathering spot located in South Delta. Cute waitresses and young men service you. Well trained young enthusiasm. They are not yet tired and aged in this business but surely that will come. The food id contemporary and passable yet not a stand out. Drinks are a mish mash of all the trendy stuff the young like. Indeed it is the drawing point of the upper crusty local kids who try to outdress each other and talk the loudest. It meets its market so kudos to that. The tired, boring other local gathering points could learn a lot but then again Browns Social House bought it's celebrity status pouring a lot of money into their position. They are adjacent to the Coast Hotel on 56th St the towns main drag so you cannot miss it. Follow 56th south and you will end up at the Canadian American boarder where definitely gas is cheaper so make it a day. Visit both locations.

“Fun to visit - quite inconsistent”
Reviewed May 9, 2013

You visit this place for the friendly atmosphere. Basic food (burgers, pizza etc) is good. The rest of food is hit and miss in flavor and quality. Great value with the $16 Social wine. Excellent place to meet a couple of friends for drinks and appy's. Always very noisy so not good for a date night.

“good place to eat”

Nice place to have a quiet dinner and watch your Hockey game.
The social club is very close to the Holiday inn, only five minutes away by car.

A little loud but decent food. Ordered the cowboy salad, it was good but I have heard the menu has been changed and it isn't available anymore

“great service”
Reviewed May 1, 2013

First time here ,service was quick and very good! Food on the other hand was not as good.I had the steak sandwich ,the steak was done to a perfect medium rare, but it was sitting on a very soggy piece of thin garlic toast due to the fact that the sautéed mushrooms were under the steak.the onion ring on top was so tough it was inedible.Fries were good.My daughter ordered a burger with the cowgirl salad. The cowgirl salad was excellent, but the meat patty on the burger fell apartand she had to eat it with a fork and knife.
