We visited Richmond from Seattle and went to Shanghai River for brunch. The juicy buns are exquisite. They are much better than those from Ding Tai Fung. We liked the food so much that we ordered several dishes for take back to the US. We got some typical stuff, Kung Pao Chicken, Twice cooked pork, and crystal prawns. The prawns were good but the other two are just so so.
