In reading some of the earlier reviews, I'm wondering whether people are confused regarding this hotel. The hotel is located on fairly spacious grounds in a nice area of Bursa. The "busy" street is not all that busy and not an issue.
The hotel's lobby is large and welcoming and the staff pleasant. We had no problems with the breakfast, which was reasonably on par with most large hotel breakfasts I've had in mid-priced hotels in Europe (yes, I know, Bursa is in the Asian part of Turkey). My only complaint was that it was a bit of a hike up a steep hill to make our way to a number of delightful snack/dinner locations outsie the hotel.
The decor was 80-ish and dated, but we did not encounter any problems because of that. The room was clean, everything in the bathroom functioned, the toiletries were fine, etc.
We did get a bit adventuresome and tried out the full Turkish bath treatment in the historic facility attached to the hotel. This was quite the experience, but refreshing and a lot of fun - although the "massage" may be a bit rough for some.
All and all, don't get scared off by some of the negative reviews. This isn't the Four Seasons, but you're in Bursa, where there isn't a Four Seasons and this hotel is more than adequate for most travelers.
