Last night six of us returned to the Abbey for dinner. Anne-Marie greeted us like old friends and ensured we had a nice wine to drink at the bar. Angela, our waitress enthusiastically and professionally looked after us at our table, remembering that we always order sparkling water. The kitchen did well with two diners' allergies being seamlessly integrated into their menu choices. The gravlax starter was delicate and yum, the duck main was succulent and tasty. We will continue to return.
