Since we first went for dinner in the fall of 2012 we have become regulars at the Cascina Rosengana. For many reasons. The people running the Cascina are genuinely friendly and driven to make you feel at home. Nothing is complicated about the Cascina, everything is pure, honest. There is no printed menu: the owner comes to your table to tell you what the chef will be making. Typically you start with a series of 4 appetizers, then 2 pasta dishes, 2 main courses and desert. That's a lot to eat! You can of course skip one or more dishes, if you can resist them.
Cascina Rosengana produces its own wines and labels them "Maciot". Try them: they're all good.
Anybody who wants to enjoy a real Piemontese dinner should try this place. You won't regret.
