Good parking area for our car.
Good food court and affordable, we take lunch - Filipino food.
Then we take coffee in Starbucks and shop for some lady jewelries.
Good to excellent shopping center.
Shop at your own risk at the furniture stores near the cell phone stalls on the 2nd floor. We did a 50% downpayment on a buffet cabinet and the store, ALV Furniture, simply came up with excuses not to start working on our cabinet, in spite of them giving a downpayment receipt and signing a written agreement detailing delivery date, etc. As of this writing, we still don't have a cabinet. ALV Furniture still has our money and they still have their store in Greenhills. When we contacted Greenhills Management for help, they advised us to settle our concern directly with ALV Furniture (attached is a screen cap of Greenhills' reply). So basically, if you have a problem with your purchase at Greenhills, don't expect help from Greenhills Management. Buy big-ticket items at your own risk and be warned that even having receipts or contracts will not necessarily protect you as a buyer.
Came here, vendors a td aggressive to make a sale. Myriad of fake LV, Gucci, Prada, Chanel, Coach and everything else. They have a high end and low end quality of bags. Did not buy anything but if you do please haggle. My friend bought an LV burgundy evening use, chain shoulder link, fist offered ar 25,000 pesos about 490.00US depending on the exchange, well made actually but at the end as she was leaving the vendor followed her and gave it for 3000.00 pesos something like $58.00. Underwear, nighties and pyjamas are ok to buy as with local goodies.Tone of phone covers on the second floor, electronics, repairs centres and the like. You have to pay for the washroom and they give you a small roll of toilet paper.
After renovations done at this place...for me the zoning is way better, the provision for more parking really is a big help. I prefer going to Greenhills to shop for bargained prices than let’s say 168 because I prefer the selection presented to me. I know to each is own...this is just my personal preference. 🙂
This is the place to shop for Pearls, handicraft, clothing and anything produced or sold by the Philippines. There are 100s of stalls selling all these exciting products and is the best place to shop as the prices are much lower than the shops in the city. And it can be much cheaper if you know how to negotiate right.
It opens at 10am and close at 9pm. If you happen to be the "First Customer" to buy, ask for more discount as your first cash is then used to be patted on their merchandisers to bring in more luck...:-)
Once I had figured out where everything was if was fairly quick ! Bargain ! Purses on the ground floor and electronics
on the 2nd floor . Make sure you bargain !
