This is the place to shop for deals in Manila. It has everything and everything is a negotiation. Haggle! Don't pay full price. Walk away if they won't deal. If you see something you like on the way in, haggle for it on the way out. The merchants know it is their last chance to get a sale. Be amazed at the second cell phone floor. I never imagined so many cell phone cases! There are a bajillion pearls. Get them here for a fraction of what they cost in the US. You can get great deals on jewelry, clothing, shoes. phones, and purses. Yes sirrrrrr, Yes maaamm. Get your deals here.

This is THE place for bargain shopping! From clothes, handbags, wallets, shoes, tee shirts, baby items, electronics, home accessories, jewelry(especially peals)- this place has it all! Good place to pick up pasalubongs.

We spent a whole day here. My husband saw a movie since he was tired of shopping. There's also a few salons where you can get your hair cut.

Like other posters have mentioned, do NOT buy any DVDs is someone asks you. Not worth the trouble.

This place gets even more crazy busy during the weekends, so try and come during M-Th.

Happy Shopping!

We had heard this market was cheap so off we went. An easy cab ride from SM mega mall. I had high hopes for this market, i had heard that the Philippines was cheap for shopping. We go to the markets in every city we visit. the prices were not as cheap,as i thought, nor were stall holders willing to barter. My kids wanted shoes, there were so many shoe stall, we thought it would be easy. The stall holders would tell u their first price, we would say our price, then the final price would come. where was the fun in that, no ongoing exchange. all the markets final price was the same. We have been to China and India in the lat year so i think that has ruined our idea of what cheap is. The philippines is not as cheap as either of these 2 countries. Anyway, the markets has all the usual market things, shoes, handbags, shirts, etc etc so you won't be disappointed. easy to get around without getting lost. restaurants and toilets are there as well. its not dirty in any way and is fun. we didn't come away with anything great but was not disappointed. It sounds rude but, same market different country.

You cannot leave Manila without stopping at Greenhills to get some bargains.... You'll find Pearls galore among other things. Just don't plan on bringing any DVDs home to to the US. Pearls are a great deal. Bring a necklace home for each of your friends. Make sure to tell them to have them appraised as the value you pay is 10-20% of the actual value in North America.

Looking for a new cellphone, camera, computer or any other accessory? This is the place to go! Expect difficult parking and lots of people. Claustrophobic? This isn't your place. Bargain hunter? This is your place!
